Information We CollectWe do not collect personal information that you voluntarily submit, create accounts, or require you to register to use BLE Hero.We do collect the following data automatically:Crash Reports and DiagnosticsWe use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports when the App experiences an unexpected failure. This data may include:- Device model and operating system version
- App version
- Stack traces and diagnostic logs at the time of a crash
- A randomly generated installation identifierThis information is used solely to identify, diagnose, and fix bugs. It is not linked to your name, email address, or other identifying information.
3. Information We Do Not Collect- We do not collect or store data about the Bluetooth devices you scan or connect to.
- We do not collect location data.
- We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party ServicesBLE Hero uses the following third-party service:Google Firebase CrashlyticsCrashlytics is a crash reporting service operated by Google LLC. Data collected by Crashlytics is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google may process crash report data on servers located outside your country of residence.
5. Data RetentionCrash report data is retained in accordance with Google Firebase's data retention policies. We do not retain any additional user data independently.
6. Children's PrivacyBLE Hero is intended for developers and technically sophisticated users. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by applicable law). If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
